Cancellation | Rescheduling Policy
Please honor your appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. A $30 cancellation fee will be charged if you fail to show or cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment time, with the exception of a fullset appointments. Due to the pandemic, the cancellation fee will not apply if you are not feeling well. Please stay home if you are sick! 
Deposit Policy
We require 35% deposit for all FULLSET services. 
By paying this deposit, you agree to the deposit policy. Your deposit secures your eyelash fullset appointment. Your deposit will be applied to the purchase of a full set at the time of your appointment. Lala's Lashes has a 24 hour cancellation policy. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. Should you cancel less than 24 hours or fail to show for your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded. If you need to reschedule before 24 hours of your appointment, you will be able to apply your deposit to your newly scheduled appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours or did not show to your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded and you will need to make a new deposit to reschedule. Since the eyelash full set appointment requires a deposit, the cancellation fee will not apply.
Late Arrivals
We ask that our clients to arrive promptly for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results. While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints. Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the lash artists’ next appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.
Refunds
We guarantee our work. If you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 2 days and we will fix it at no extra charge. We do not offer refunds on any services. If you experience an allergy and are unable to wear the eyelash extensions Lala’s Lashes has applied, we will remove them free of charge.
